You have the choice of requesting a bank transfer or requesting a voucher for the amount of your sales plus 10%.
Simplicity : You send us your clothes, and items that meet our quality standards are disinfected, ironed, photographed, and posted online. The items are stored in our warehouse and shipped to their new owners.
Maximum visibility : Your items are automatically distributed on our site and our partner platforms: Vinted, Leboncoin, Place des Tendances by Printemps, La Redoute, Greenweez, CrushOn and Amazon Luxury Store, thus increasing your chances of selling effortlessly.
More than attractive earnings: at Kidstorie, you'll receive an average of three times more money than selling to second-hand sites that buy directly. Thanks to our expertise and technology, we optimize prices to guarantee you the best possible return on your items.
Eco-responsible commitment : Kidstorie gives clothing a second life and contributes to more sustainable fashion. Unsold items can be donated to partner organizations.

We strive to ensure a premium selection for Kidstorie buyers. That's why we apply strict selection criteria. If an item doesn't meet our selection criteria (stains, pilling, an unaccepted brand, etc.), we must still process the receipt, inspection, possible cleaning, and creation of the rejected product sheet with photos so that this information is available in your customer account.
A processing fee of €1 per refused item will be applied to cover part of these logistics costs. Thank you for your understanding!
3 variables determine the price that Kidstorie sets for each item.
1. The condition
- New: the item has never been used or worn. The tag may still be present, but this is not mandatory.
Between 50% and 60% off the new price
- Very good condition: the item has already been used a few times and may show slight signs of use but is in very good condition.
Between 60% and 70% off the new price
2. The purchase price
We have a price list of the items and brands we accept so we can estimate the purchase price.
3. Supply and demand
Thanks to our dynamic pricing system, the price of items decreases based on their length of time on our platform. If they don't sell at their original price, their price will decrease after a few weeks until they find a buyer willing to pay the right price.
To reduce our environmental footprint, our policy requires a minimum of 10 items per shipment, which we cover. If you send fewer than 10 items, we will of course accept your package, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Your items will be online within 1 to 3 weeks of receiving your package.
You will receive an email notification as soon as your package arrives at the warehouse and then a second notification as soon as your items are online.
You can send us your items, whether for summer or winter, at any time of the year!
Listing is free. Kidstorie provides you with a prepaid shipping label.
For each piece sold, you will receive 50% of the sale price which can be increased to 60% in a voucher.
These commission scales apply to the selling price of your item excluding VAT.

We set clothing prices using algorithms and our market knowledge, taking into account brand, style, condition, etc. You can request a price change at any time.

Kidstorie takes care of this for you. Three variables determine the price given to each item: condition, purchase price, and supply and demand.
You can view your items online, your sold items, and collect your prize pool at any time. Simply create your account or log in to the "account" section of our website www.kidstorie.com. You can then complete the 3-step "Redeem my prize pool" form.
We will complete your transfer within 5 business days.
You have opted to collect items not selected by our teams. This return service is priced based on the weight of the items to be returned (generally €9.90), deducted directly from the amount of your sale. In addition, you will receive 50% of the net sale price, and sometimes a discount may be applied at checkout, for example, 10% off your first order with the code WELCOME.
You can collect your items before the end of the 6-month period by paying a fee of €5 per item collected to cover part of the costs incurred by Kidstorie (collection, cleaning, ironing, putting them online, storage, insurance, etc.).
Our initial contract stipulates a 6-month listing period, but as a young, growing company, we have chosen to extend this period to maximize sales chances and satisfy our salespeople. Currently, we have the capacity to keep items in our warehouse longer because we have the space and we cover storage and insurance costs. We inform customers by email if there is a time when we can no longer keep them, so they can collect them!
ORDER AND DELIVERY
Deliveries are free in France, Switzerland, and Europe for all purchases over €100. You can choose from several delivery methods. You can choose from Colissimo or postal services to receive your order at your home, or Mondial Relay, where you can pick it up at a collection point.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming the shipment of your package with a link and number to track it.
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your package.

🤝 Why aren't returns free?
While facilitating returns seems like a natural way to democratize second-hand goods, we cannot offer this service for free. Our items are unique and belong to individual sellers. Allowing returns therefore presents a risk of damage to the items and also generates significant management costs for our organization.
