We recommend starting to pack your suitcase around the 7th month of pregnancy to be ready in case your baby arrives earlier than expected.

MOM'S SUITCASE 🤰🏻
This is undoubtedly the most important suitcase of your life, so enjoy packing it!
- 1 comfortable nightgown
- 1 light blanket (if it is cool)
- A hot water bottle , to relieve pain, especially in the back
- 1 mist sprayer
- 1 elastic or headband for your hair
- Snacks : dates, nutrition bars, coconut water
- 1 straw for drinking while lying down
- 1 x Extra Long Phone Charger (Work can last for a long time!)
- 1 Polaroid , to immortalize these precious moments
- Your glasses or lenses
- Comfortable, wire-free underwear
- 2 pajamas or nightgowns that are easy to open if you want to breastfeed
- 3 or 4 comfortable and soft outfits
- 1 postnatal belt and postnatal leggings to speed up your recovery
- 1 bathrobe
- 1 pair of slippers
- Your daily toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush, shower gel, shampoo, makeup remover, etc.)
- Your favorite beauty products , to make you feel good!
- 2 bath towels , dark if possible
- Sanitary napkins in case the hospital does not provide them
- Moisturizing body cream or anti-stretch mark oil
- Your makeup kit, to look your best when you have your loved ones over for a visit!
- Your health insurance card
- Your mutual insurance card
- Your health record
- Your blood type card
- The family record book
- Documents to declare the birth
THE BABY SUITCASE 👶🏼
